Improvements

– Settings page from dashboard now includes an SMTP accounts page Dashboard > Settings > SMTP Accounts

– Attendees tab updated to include waiting list attendees
– Addition of new fields to invoice report:

1. Name of the Lead Attendee
2. Organisation Name of the Lead Attendee
3. Organisation Name (company) used on the Invoice
4. Invoice – Purchase Order Number
5. Invoice – Customer VAT number

Bug Fixes

– Fix to Default Attendee Report
